It is hard to believe from the photos, but this modern office building is a retrofit of a 1920's era warehouse. The building provides 50,000 square feet of office space on three floors. A landscaped lower courtyard provides the lower level with the equivalent of first floor views. Some offices take advantage of the high ceilings and old warehouse structure.
