Built within a limited budget (<$275,000) and with mostly local labor, this 9-hole links style golf course opened in 1994. Since that time, The Links at Pretty Prairie has become a popular course for players of all abilities. Challenging enough for the accomplished golfer yet forgiving enough for the beginner, this course is considered a true test of golf. In its short history, The Links has already been selected by the KSHSAA to host several class 2-1A regional tournaments. The fully irrigated fairways and smooth rolling bentgrass greens contrast nicely with the native prairie grass rough.
