A dormant high-rise on the fringe of the downtown will receive new life with the proposed construction from a previous hospital to a modern apartment building. The conversion will provide 34 modern apartments, ideally located near downtown Hutchinson. Visually, the project will unify and up-date the two divergent parts of the building, the 1920's hospital wing and a 1950's modern addition.
